1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on eevip88, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on eevip88. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

eevip88 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: eevip88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eevip88 staff or other players.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the eevip88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of eevip88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of eevip88.

9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

eevip88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, eevip88 will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting eevip88 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. eevip88 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines.

13. Amendments

eevip88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, eevip88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
